These are the results of a survey of employees' satisfaction with Eskhata Bank, which revealed that most of the Bank's staff are happy in the workplace. The person who works in a friendly team, participates in interesting, developing projects, understands the company's development line, has an open dialogue with managers and clearly sees his professional future within the company considers himself a happy employee. The survey was conducted within the framework of the First International competition of living companies "Happiness in business!" by the National Assessment Center in Tashkent, which was attended by more than 100 domestic and foreign companies, including Eskhata Bank. Having actively participated, Eskhata Bank reached the final of the contest. The Bank is recognized as one of the companies - participants of the above-mentioned competition, which gained the largest «Index of Happiness» at the international level and was recognized by the professional community. Based on many years of experience working with large corporations, considering the principles of ESG (Environment Social Governance) and focusing on the priorities of inclusiveness and gender balance, we have developed a questionnaire that allows for a comprehensive analysis of the organization and identify areas of growth and development. The implementation of such an initiative is particularly important and will focus efforts on truly relevant issues in each organization. The awarding ceremony was held in the Big Conference Hall of Hilton City Hotel in Tashkent as a part of the International Management Forum. The participants were representatives of businesses from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia. The agenda included the issues of human resources management, development of corporate culture and leadership, as well as topics related to the relationship between employee satisfaction and the results of their work in the "Happy Companies. Eskhata Bank was represented by Malika Alimbayeva, Head of HR Department and Aziza Gafurova, HR Development Manager. Malika presented to the audience the history of the Bank, the milestones of its development, statistics, as well as the experience and practice of building the corporate culture of Eskhata Bank. After all, happy employees are the key to a favorable climate in the team, prosperity and great victories. We want our employees to feel happy in business.
