What should I do if my plastic card is lost or broken?
You must immediately inform the bank about the loss, within five calendar days to write an application with information about the circumstances of loss (including confirmation of law enforcement agencies if such facts occurred in the case of theft of card) issue of each card in case of loss or damage costs 45 TJS.
Can I extend my plastic card or I will be issued a new one?
All bank cards are issued for the fixed term. After the card expiration you should either apply for an extension of your card or for its closure. The bank just on its own initiative will not issue a new card.
What should I do if the ATM does not give my card back?
First of all, you need to block your card by calling to (+992 3422) 6-69-99. In the event your card has been captured by our ATM, you should contact the nearest branch of our bank and fill out an application for the return of your card captured by the ATM. As soon as your card is removed from the ATM, you will be contacted and told where you can get your card back.
If your card has been captured by another bank's ATM, you need to contact that bank, and as a rule, with provision of the client's passport, the captured card is returned. If that bank refuses to return you the card, you can call the section of plastic cards service of Bank Eskhata.
What is the commission rate if cash is withdrawn from the ATM of other banks?
If customers of OJSC “Bank Eskhata” withdraw cash from the ATM of other banks then commission for the amount equivalent up to 200 USD will be charged 4 USD and if the amount is more than equivalent of 200 USD the commission will be 2% of such amount.
If you entered three times an incorrect PIN code the ATM will capture your card and block it. This is a special safety measure in case if scammers try to hack your PIN code. If your card has been locked in the ATM of Bank Eskhata our staff will help you get it back. If the card is captured by a third-party bank ATM then you need to contact the bank that owns that ATM. Usually when submitting the documents such card is returned to the owner. However, there are cases when the rules of the bank do not make provision for returning blocked cards.
After receiving the cash do not forget to take your plastic card and printed from the check ATM.
