Eskhata Bank has joined World savings week

In the second half of October 2019, all branches of Bank Eskhata together with the National Bank of Tajikistan and the Sparkassenstiftung Fund of German Savings Banks organized Doors Open Day. The events were dedicated to World savings week and the 25th anniversary of Eskhata Bank. The purpose of these events was to inculcate a culture of savings, increase the financial literacy of the population, and familiarize themselves with banking products and services.

Authorized employees of the branches conducted seminars for schollchidren of 5–8th classes, as well as grades 9–11 in selected schools. The seminar program was very rich: the thematic lecture was accompanied by colorful slides, as well as informative quizzes, games and crosswords. The seminars told about the history of the emergence of money, about the importance of savings, the proper disposal of their finances. Also, the competition “The best money box” was announced in selected schools, which allowed students to show their imagination, creativity and ingenuity. The most active participants in the seminars, as well as the authors of 10 original money boxes, were invited to the Bank on the “Doors Open Day” with parents and teachers. Little guests from nearby kindergartens were also invited to the celebration. "Doors Open Day" has become real holidays for branch visitors, as at events, contests, games, presentations, familiarization with the Bank's products and services, a sweet table was organized, and a trampoline was also organized for young visitors. Young guests, in turn, demonstrated their talents with incendiary songs and dances. All invited guests, as well as participants in the "the Best money box" competition, were presented with gifts and brochures from the Sparkassenstiftung German Savings Banks Fund, and valuable gifts from Eskhata Bank were awarded to the winners. More than 3300 schoolchildren took part in events organized by Eskhata Bank in the schools of the republic, and more than 1470 people became guests of the Doors Open Day.

Bank employees held educational conferences in higher educational institutions, and the most active participants, according to the results of testing, were invited to the Shokhin camp of Gulistan city. An educational and entertainment event dedicated to money and savings was held in the camp. At the end of the event, students were presented with certificates for receiving bank cards with cash rewards.

In total, around 4,000 students and schoolchildren were attracted throughout the Republic to events dedicated to World savings day. The events were very festive, fruitful and gave a lot of joy to the children, as well as to us, employees of the Bank. After presenting a holiday for children, we ourselves got a good mood!
