Bank Eskhata Proceeded to Provide Modern Education of University Students.

To support talented youth and to give an opportunity to provide them with a job place is one of the new HR activity of Bank Eskhata. Program application has started in the State University of Law, Business and Politics of Tajikistan, Khujand.
Bank workers arranged number of trainings, where they shared their working experience in lending, deposits, plastic cards and retail business. Audience were the most advanced students of the University, who got a nice chance due to their high academic performance and to recommendation of the University teachers.  
According to the recent years monitoring, there is deficient knowledge in banking activity and banking services from applicants, i.e. university graduators, – it becomes a barrier when the one goes to work for banking structure. In this case, graduators should be prepared for modern requirements of entering to the vacant banking positions. One of approaches is the rise of their educational level by the way of consequent adoption of modern banking innovations to the program of education.
“With that goal bank presented modern banking materials to the students and teachers of the University. After that, bank passed materials to the University for further usage by the students.  Studying those materials, knowledge of the graduators is going to be suitable for the modern banking activity, and it will destroy existing barriers in call for applicants to this or that vacant position” – said A.Akhrorov, head of the HR department of Bank Eskhata.
It is planning, that banking activity will enter the educational program of the University. Up to the teachers, they will use materials presented by the bank, making practice for the students in this direction. Training courses were hold in November; in sum, 30 students and some of the University teachers successfully passed them.
We hope, that this initiative help graduators in job search after graduation because certificates issued by the leading banks of the country to be considered in all economy areas when the one enters the job.
It is necessary to mark the social part of the program: bank helps students both to get job place and to rise their personal financial competence. The last unit of the program has the title “Financial competence”, which includes such subjects as financial management, on- and outflow of the funds, culture of savings and prevention of "purposeless" expenses.
“To the date, Khujand State University is ready to cooperate with our bank according to the program, and we have own plan to involve other universities as well. In the nearest future, Bank Eskhata expects supply of qualified applicants among university graduators to fill bank vacancies” – marked A.Akhrorov.
The program of training consists of eight units of the following subjects:

  • Banking activity in Tajikistan
  • Lending operations
  • Retail business
  • Cash operations in banks
  • Marketing in banks
  • Accounting in banks
  • Financial competence
It is worthy to say that students and teachers liked the program; their active participation and training attendance confirm that. When it was right time, students asked interested them questions; Bank Eskhata workers gave answers to them.
